''PILEAS & THETIS VILLA COMPLEX''

Pileas and Thetis Villa consists of two houses that have the capability to be unified in one by an intercommunicating door providing a unique place to host a big family or a group of friends up to 12 persons.

“Pileas” is the master villa of the complex in two levels covering a surface of 200 sq. meters in total. The ground level consists of the dining room, the spacious living room and the kitchen. The ground floor is nicely decorated with traditional furniture where we find the main fireplace of the villa and the library with a rich variety of books. A traditional wooden staircase, made of local chestnut tree, takes you to the upper level of the villa where we find the master bedroom with its own private bathroom, two more bedrooms and one bathroom. The upper level is tastefully decorated with authentic antiques and paintings creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The clue of this level is the small balcony with the magnificent view all the way to the Aegean sea through the wild green forest embracing the villa and the whole village of Tsagarada.

Bedrooms: 3 (1 master bedroom with queen size bed and en suite bathroom, 1 double and 1 twin bedroom sharing 1 bathroom)

Rooms Amenities: LED HD TVs 23''- 27'', satellite reception, CD / Radio player, hairdryer, wireless internet. The mattresses, linens, bathrobes and slippers are from the leading company Cocomat, toiletries by Etro-Milano.

 “Thetis” the boutique villa, attached to the master villa of the complex, covering a surface of approximately 80 sq. meters, has been totally restored and renovated in 2010. Entering the cute living room with the fireplace, at the ground level, you continue to the two bedrooms with their private bathrooms each one of them. A wooden ladder takes you to the upper loft level where you will find the romantic bedroom with its bathroom and the unique space of relaxation with the inviting spacious Jacuzzi tab. “Thetis” maintains the characteristics of “Pileas” with contemporary facilities, traditionally furnished and decorated with cute antiques and paintings.

Bedrooms: 3 (2 double bedrooms each with en suite bathroom, 1 double in the loft which is usually indicated for children because of it's low height)

Maximum number of guests: Pileas & Thetis villa can accommodate comfortably 10 adult guests plus 2 more children (6 adults in ''Pileas'' & 4+2 children in ''Thetis''). In case you are more than 12 people, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Our holiday villa also offers its guests: independent heating in each villa, large and fully equipped barbecue in the backyard, private parking in the garden of the villa. Upon request and extra cost: Excursions in Pelion, horseback riding, boat rental, car rental, transfer from Volos to Tsagarada, yacht charter etc.

The villa is also available for weddings, christenings, parties - exhibitions, etc.
